• All service charges and Vietnam visa application fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the visa application is submitted, the total fee will not be refunded, even if the visa is rejected.
• First Choice Tourism has no control over visa approval, rejection, or processing duration. All decisions are made solely by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
• The standard visa processing time may vary, as it is entirely regulated by the immigration authorities.
• In certain cases, Vietnam Immigration or First Choice Tourism may request additional documents to complete the application process.
• Fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice, as visa charges may vary depending on updates from authorities.
• Visa processing will only begin once all required documents are submitted and full payment has been received.
• Any Vietnam visa issued for tourism, transit, business, or visit purposes does NOT permit employment within the country.
• First Choice Tourism reserves the right to refuse processing any visa application at its discretion and cannot be held responsible for delays or visa rejections by the immigration department.
• Any additional fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the traveler and must be borne independently.
• Applicants are responsible for any incidental charges, including but not limited to courier fees, photograph services,
  attestation charges, and related expenses.
• Visa fees may vary based on the applicant’s nationality, and any such variations must be borne by the applicant.
